Returns

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, you can return items purchased online either in any of our physical stores or request a courier pickup at your home.

To proceed with a return, garments and/or accessories must include original tags and packaging. Otherwise, the return or exchange cannot be completed.

Any item* purchased through this website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt if it falls under one of the following conditions:

DAMAGE: The product is damaged and/or defective
ERROR: Due to a company error, the delivered product does not match the order
DISSATISFACTION

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Necklaces and other accessories from the FL Private Collection brand also cannot be returned.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR THE 'Naterra', 'Nyon', OR 'Montone' BAGS.

Return shipping costs for dissatisfaction or incorrect sizing via online request (not in-store) are the customer’s responsibility (€6.95 for Spain and Portugal, €29.95 for the rest of the EU). For other destinations, please contact us.

How much time do I have to return or exchange my order?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return or exchange.

Once our warehouse receives the item, we will check that it is in perfect condition. Upon approval, we will proceed with the return or exchange and refund the appropriate amount.

Can I return my order in a physical store?
Yes, you can return your online purchase in any of our stores. A credit receipt will be issued, and your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used in your purchase.

How can I request a return or exchange?

To request an online return, follow these steps:

Go to our Return Portal. Enter your zip code and order tracking number to access the return form:

Select the item you wish to return
Indicate the reason for the return
Choose your refund method
Schedule your package pickup

Pack the item in its original packaging and include the delivery note with the marked item you are returning.
Hand the properly sealed package to the courier.

Another return option is in-store drop-off. Bring the garment to one of our stores, where you will receive a credit receipt. The amount will be refunded within 14 days using your original payment method.
For exchanges, we recommend first returning the item and then ordering the correct size.

Once the item is received in our warehouse, your refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days. You can also manage your return with a shipping provider of your choice. Contact us at info@eduardorivera.es to begin the process.
